What online tools are people finding most valuable? I've been using a free site called UpToUs  to organize my daughter's youth soccer team and it's been working well. It has a team calendar, photo sharing, a snack schedule feature and the ability to send out emails to the group. Are there other good solutions I should check out?

I need some advice on how to handle the stress, and politics involved with being a parent of a player and the wife of one of the assistant coaches on a little league football team.

We have just implemented a term limit for coaches. Every other year they can be the head coach and on off years they need to work with a new coach --whom they have to recruit if there are no volunteers.
