Recently the National Athletic Trainers Organization came out with a study encouraging all baseball players in the infield to wear helmets. What do you think-should this be mandatory?

They say the  best way for parents to keep their children safe while playing sports is by becoming educated themselves. If parents are aware of the most common injuries in the sport their child is playing and how to prevent those injuries they can insist that their child’s program take the steps needed to keep them healthy and in the game. However, some coaches do not want to listen to our concerns. What have you done to make sure that your coach is working with you?
