What is the best snack to bring so that all kids can eat it yet get good energy?

how can there be one perfect

how can there be one perfect food? There are foods that seem to be less allergenic than others, these would be probably better bets, foods like rice, fresh fruits/vegetables and chicken are pretty low on this list.

I think the orange slice

I think the orange slice snack is the way to go. I have yet to find a kid who could not eat them. But I wonder if they really are that good for excercising?

Bananas

While we need to watch for banana allergies, I have found that the combination of fiber, and potassium seem to be a great snack.
